Description
People naturally learn with and from one another. As the competitiveness of institutionalised learning subsides, more and more people are beginning to harness the power of this naturally occurring process. Cooperation and teamwork can be at the centre of a learning process and be complimented by other modes of learning, or they can serve to enrich other approaches to learning. This book is more concerned with the latter than the former. It is not a visionary document.
The book does not pretend to be anything other than a coherent, comprehensive collection of Cooperative Learning Techniques. Although the context has a vocational flavour the techniques are readily applied to all learning situations.
